Cancellation Policy
Changes to your appointment and cancellations must be done 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 6 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of 50% of service payment total.
If you completely miss your appointment you will be considered a No Show. 100% of your booked service will be charged.
